Scotty Seeker’s new Environmental Optics Channels deliver light intensity, and color rating directly to the Seeker App—providing a clearer picture of the underwater world where fish actually live and hunt. In addition to depth, speed and temperature data, Seeker now includes:

Light Intensity–Quantifies how much light is available at depth. High values indicate bright underwater conditions, while low values signal limited light penetration caused by factors such as cloud cover, time of day, or reduced water clarity.
Water Color Rating–Measures a Kelvin value at depth. A high color rating indicates that cooler tones of light like blue and green are more dominant, while a low color rating indicates warming tones like orange and red are more dominant. This feature can provide insight as to what lure colors may have the most contrastive appearance in varying water conditions.
